10 min easy run

10 secs of samson stretch each side
10x air squats, hold for 5 secs at bottom
10x superman, hold for 1 sec at top
10x leg lifts
10x push ups

Main:
5 RFT: (little or no rest between sets)
7x pushups
7x air squats
7x side lunge (right side)
7x side lunge (left side)

Cash out:
stretch those thighs and glutes!
